I've got a 2nd hand machine. When I turn to adjust grind size, clockwise, It goes as far as Steep, then no further... But will turn anticlockwise (backwards) from Steep to Mocca. So don't see press, filter, or aeropress at all... I also can't get the burr thing (I'm blowing you away with my technical jargon, right!!!) out... Please help
I've watched images trying to show the steps of me turning the grind adjuster.. from off, I can turn it as far as the S on steep... If I turn it the other way, it stops at the M of Mocca. Not sure if the thing inside is wrong... If it is, how on earth do I get it out as I can't "lift with 2 fingers" like the manual says
