Anyone know of a decent coffee shop over in Leamington Spa?

I've never managed to find one over there as there's just too many chains. You can walk 300 metres and pass 2 Starbucks, 2 Cafe Neros and a Costa now.
I can however recommend the Green Rooibos Tea at Ardens on Regent Street if you're a fan of Roobios.
