Fixing Broken Iberital MC2 Grinder

I have one of these but it’s not working. No noise, motor doesn’t turn, seems completely dead.

Got my trusty multimeter out and started checking things:
  • 5A fuse in plug (UK) has continuity.
  • Side switch has continuity when flicked on.
  • Push switch has continuity when pushed in.
  • The 2 thermal fuses (is that what they are?) mounted on the bottom of the motor housing have continuity.
  • No burned wires or connectors. No broken or loose connections (as far as I can tell) - everything looks solid.
  • Mains voltage (240V) gets to the input on the circuit board ok
  • When I tested the "output pin" on the PCB - the one that goes to the motor - I got 0V. Doesn't matter what I did with the push switch - nothing.
Seems like the most likely cause is that some component or other on the PCB has fried itself. Does anyone know if it's possible to buy replacement PCBs for this grinder please? Or if there's one component on the PCB that's known to fail often in this way (so that I could just replace that and not the entire board)? Or if there might be some other cause of the problem?

Thank you.
