Having been on a longish journey with coffee…Nespresso, Sylvia, Sylvia with PID, Rocket, S1 Mini, Sylvia Pro X and Rocket R9 One, each time I have “upgraded” I’ve got various functionalities that have made life a bit easier but maybe not a huge leap in coffee quality or consistency…however that changed with pressure profiling.

Currently running R9 One and Pro X effectively side by side - if geographically a loose description - Pro X is great - solid workmanlike espresso with no fuss and gets me to work most mornings.

R9 One…distinctly different experience and step up in quality and consistency. To the point where I’m pretty comfortable saying it’s THE thing that has made the biggest difference.
