I just bought a pressure gauge of eBay that would screw into a portafilter once you unscrew the spout. Sorry can’t remember the thread size.

£7 to buy the bits has got to be a bargain...it'd cost half of that to post a ready built one to another member...even the tightest of tight-wads couldn't grumble at 7 quid.
