As far as I can see, Theblusteryday has been the first to post on this thread commitment to buy at asking price.

So unless I've misunderstood the sales rules, which can easily happen, that's the grinder sold subject to collection.

My apologies for sounding hesitant. I'm on another forum where things can get a bit funny between who pm'd first or publicly agreed to buy. I just want to be transparent and keep within the rules.

"showing interest" is just that... a firm offer at asking price definitely takes it... however long they have been on the boards sadly. Personally I think there should be some sort time lapse or numbers of posts before your allowed to bid? @Holyzeus I agree with you on that one..

Your fault for not stating you'd take it at asking on the thread. It's quite clear in the rules that until an offer is accepted (all I can see is you asking for a reduction but no offer made) then the first to offer asking gets the sale.

For the record people with less posts have bought items on here... 10 posts can be achieved in as many minutes... rendering it a useless rule basically.. for the record

This is true! And I contacted one of the admins and was told the number was 5 anyhow! Thanks for the help russe11
