My art sucks but I feeling I'm nailing the milk steaming more consistently now. It's taken a while to tame the micra's power but I've got a technique now that works.

Next issue to solve in uneven extractions. Definitely getting a front of basket bias where the flow is predominantly in the nearer third of the basket. If checked the machine is level so it must be puck prep.

Also got a big bang basket today and some puck papers just to see what they are all about.

I'd quite like the restricted flow sworks basket too but £200....🤮

Interested to know which puck papers you bought and from where? I’ve previously used Weber workshops EPF in Aus but can’t seem to find them here reasonably priced…
