My E61 head machine (La Nuova Era Cuadra) has two problems that may be related.
Photos are of the pressure control. I suspect this either needs adjustment or replacement. Any advice on how to proceed is appreciated.

- It cannot hold pressure. It builds pressure slowly, drops back to 0, and rebuilds non-linearly. It will eventually reach pressure based on the built-in gauge, but it won't stay there.
- It steadily drips water into the pan from the outlet at the bottom-front part of the machine. I think this is the expansion valve. It slowly drips within 2 minutes of turning the machine on and gets progressively worse.
