Hi .I am wondering when you adjust your grinder for the perfect taste and sweetness do you do it with sugar or not? For me without sugar is always bitter and can't make decision of the taste .

Pretty difficult to judge the sweetness of your extraction if you're adding sugar first! I'm not suggesting you shouldn't *drink* it with sugar (if that's what you like) but I think it would be better to at least test it neat. When you find a bean you like and can get a good shot from it, you may not need the sugar.
Yes you probably right mate ,I am wondering too how many % of members here prefer to add sugar in it.

Never in espresso although I admit when drinking cappuccino I use brown sugar. It shouldn't be bitter, try to charge less coffee and stop the shit at 25 seconds.
Its not very bitter but can't really taste lots sweetness from cuppa without sugar in it.The grind and timing is for 25-30sec 1:2. Ratio. All my life drink espresso with sugar , maybe thats why use to it.
