I'm looking to try some coffee bags to take out camping/hiking. I usually take an Aeropress but seeking alternative option for when space is tight. I know some of the quality roasters have started doing them now (have seen them pop up on social media) but didn't take note of who and searches only bring up the supermarket type ones.

Sorry, do you mean bags to hold beans or ground coffee until you start brewing, or do you mean teabag type things holding ground coffee (which don't ever work)?
How about an insulated, leak proof French press? You'll need to carry something cup sized to drink from anyway?
Tried a few brands for travelling and they are ok, quite dark roasts usually. The extract ones I suspect will be the best as they are a good roaster but they are considerably more expensive
