Sugar in all coffee for me.
I agree lol. But do you typically have milk + sugar OR just black + sugar? Typically?

Typically, both espresso and latte.
Ah interesting! Ok so this is helpful. If you take sugar in black coffee would you ever consider sweetener - or any other kinds of sweetness instead of white sugar?

I mainly drink coffee black with no sugar (occasionally with milk).

I used to have sugar with coffee but since I've learned to make it properly it's no longer bitter so I don't take it.

I usually drink flat whites, cortados or espresso, all no sugar. I never have sugar just for sweetness but occasionally I'll have some flavoured syrup if I'm in the mood. Had some homemade demerera syrup for Irish coffees that was quite nice for a change.

All coffee starts out black!
Doesn't fit start off green?

I'll drink it black, black with sugar, black with cream, espresso straight, with steamed. milk, with foam, with steamed milk and syrup

depends where I am, what mood I'm in, where the coffee comes from/who makes it

why limit yourself......... in Brazil black and sweet, in America white with half and half, in France black or latte, in U.K. cappuccino or espresso out of the house (when that was a thing)

I just went off / attempted to give up sugar 10 days or so ago. Biscuits also (about 6 to 9 a day at work).

So, approx 10 days in, the biscuits are no prob to give up but the black coffee took a bit to get used to. If I didn't drink it I suppose I'd start to get headaches or something.

Now......I was only on half a tsp in coffee and tea, so no great shakes (!).

Gradually getting used to it. Takes a while.

I'm no chunker either 🙃 as I'm jogging three times a week and cycle to work.

The biscuits, I read on the side of the pack were 3.9grs unsaturated and 2.2 grs saturated fat. This was the issue really but I'm happy enough with stopping the two now.
