Barista express very low water and steam flow

Bought another of these machines this week.

Weak flow/spluttering from group head and tap, steam is very weak.

There is water to the boiler/thermocoil from the pump. Have descaled it and back flushed to no avail. Have also removed the solenoid block and soaked the 2 metal parts of the solenoid in descaler.

Any advice?

This can be closed now.

I fixed it by the time my thread was approved by getting advice from another forum.

Really odd setup on this forum nowadays!
