Any Niche owners using in commercial situation?

If you have a 1 group, if the customers are reasonably spread, if you dose by n scoops of the same coffee...no reason why not. With a 1 group you can make no more than 1 coffee every 50s anyway.

Once you get a workflow going the Niche can grind whilst the shot is running. It also meets what I understand to be some space or weight limits you have.
