Coffee shop reccomedations liverpool ?

We're taking some friends from Germany to see the Terra Cotta Army in Liverpool tomorrow so I'm wondering which is the best coffee shop to call in at please?

I live in Chester and like the idea of using local roasters. Adams and Russell are cheap and have a good selection, can anyone tell me how their coffee is? Also any of their beans particularly good/better off avoiding? Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere but a quick search of the forum...

Anyone tried this roaster? They are relatively local to me and their website has some interesting albeit blends and slightly expensive SO coffees. Might pop down tomorrow for a 250g bag of their Kenyan for my AP and to see if they have any stale beans to season my new Mazzer burrs.
