I needed a quick drink so quickly brewed a shot of espresso and poured some double cream in (topped up the espresso bodium dermitasse)
It tasted lovely! But is it a defined drink??
Another question, is there a way to warm the double cream up, whereby it doesn't loose its viscosity...
