First post, so here goes...
I have a problem with my Gaggia Cubika. When releasing the filter holder after brewing an espresso the machine seems to have built up pressure and explodes the coffee grinds all over the floor. I don't get this all the time, but it's becoming a...
New to the forum but not to the love of coffee!
Thought i I would join the forum to discuss with like minded individuals so it's a hello from me and a merry Xmas. Hopefully Santa will bring you all something tasty tomorrow. I'm hoping he fixes my Gaggia Cubika that gave up the ghost last night...
Hi
I have a Gaggia Cubika machine. The water stopped coming through the main head unit but still came through the steam outlet so I descaled the machine but it didn't change anything. I took the non solenoid valve out and tried the machine again without it in place and water came through both...

Dear Gaggia coffee lovers....help required please!
Recently took a Gaggia Cubika machine off my Mum who had it in a cupboard for three years as she 'couldn't get it to work'. Shouldn't be hard I thought so it is now in my possession but guess what, I can't get it to work!
So far I have managed...

Hello there,
I am a newbie here, stumbled across this website when trying to do some research.

I have had a gaggia cubika plus for just under 2 weeks. It kept not coming on, heating up and no lights on the brew button. I found lose wiring on the switches, not sure if this was the cause of all my problems.
I booked it in to return to Amazon before I found the lose wiring.
So now its...

I'm looking into buying a "proper" espresso machine after dabbling with a cheap Argos one.
I'll be looking at secondhand models really, probably on ebay. My budget is upto around £100.
It'll only be used once/twice a day at the most so it wont be getting abused!
I was eyeing up the Gaggia...
Hi All,
After putting my moka in the dishwasher before Christmas (a mistake you only make once ) I picked up a Cubika in the sales, I've a couple of queries though as I'm not sure if my new machine is quite right.
1) When the portafilter isn't connected to the unit (but it's on) should it...
