    I might upset a few folk but I've had both and used correctly I think a Gaggia classic can give a better shot than a Pavoni. Never underestimate the classic!

    Question - looks super but does it flex I wonder? Flex worries me with levers and e61s. If the whole lot flexes and the boiler etc moves with it not so bad. BUT, if the head be it e61 or lever flexes surely there must be some bending copper pipes between the head and the boiler leading to...
