    @Gav77 How are you finding this machine? After long considerations on numerous machines I am leaning towards the mozzafiato. In terms of looks been told it's too "Chromey". How do you find it? I have never seen one in person.

    That's really odd! I know who I would trust it but from. It would be you every day of the week. Not sure why they direct people to Coffee/Caffe Italia at 1st point. Can only be the Italian connection. Surely a company with reviews as bad as them is not a good look for Bezzera.

    Yeah a joke of a company they are from what I have heard. I think one of the only brand they are a direct supplier for is Bezzera. Am that is from Bezzera themselves who regard them as their main supplier in the UK. Service is appealing though so not worth it.
