    No that's not normal. Looks like some kind of blockage (would normally suggest scale but not on a new machine). Maybe send that clip to the supplier or Sage themselves and see what they suggest? Out of curiosity, what failed on your other DB?

    Answering my own question here... The machine seems to have to come up to temperature before the cleaning cycle becomes available!

    Yeh that sums it up nicely. I'm not suggesting there's any malice intended, but if you're not interested, don't comment. The rules say this and it's common courtesy. I'm saying no more on the matter now as I'm only adding to the clutter!
