    Yes, the Lelit screen is the one that came with the Bianca. Once I changed them out for the EMS I left it on. In my opinion the VST baskets will hold 2 more grams of coffee than stated. Most of my shots are 18gms and I use the 18 grams basket. There is still plenty of headroom.

    I am trying to get in the habit of back flushing once a week. Most of the time I use plain water but I used carfiza last week. I have only had my Bianca for about a month.

    I have never used a pressurized basket so not credible on commenting. However I start timing when the first drop hits the cup and yes I measure the crema just like you stated....25-30 seconds.
