    That's what I did, but I use a vpn, so wonder if that may have sent me to an EU site instead? The good news is that there is a link here for a UK based source for these ๐Ÿ˜ My 2000 GC is getting more like Triggers Broom, but I'm still claiming it as vintage ๐Ÿคฃ

    You could have replied to my post on 10th March when I was asking for where to order it from ๐Ÿคฆ They didn't add vat and it got through okay without charges, so was ยฃ38.76

    The valve on my 2000 GC has a split in it. By the state of the inside of the block, I think it has been leaking for sometime it was nearly impossible to seperate the block from the valve. I assume it's better to replace both parts? Is there anywhere recommended to pick replacements up from?

    I used penetrating oil and some brute strength and the seized bolts finally came out. Added the new boiler, swapped in all stainless steel bolts and have added anti seize paste to them all. All problems appear solved. Thanks again for the advice and links.

    Is it worth upgrading to stainless steel bolts as well, or just use anti-seize paste?

    Thank you for your advice. Both loops read 23 on the multimeter, with no reading between the terminal and boiler case. I think with the state of the damaged terminal, a replacement boiler is probably the wisest route. Now the fun of trying to un-cease the 4 bolts attaching the boiler ๐Ÿ˜...
