    I have the same setup and the same 18g in and 36g out in 25 seconds also my coffee was really bitter until i threw the supermarket rubbish in the trash can and got some proper coffee beans and as if by magic no more bitterness

    Hi ive been reading this thread and am now waiting for my cocktail shaker to arrive one thing ive noticed is without the top star is it still possible to use the clean sweep mod which is adding the bits of card into the slots on the star

    Ok gave it another try 18g of coffee grind 36g of espresso in 24 seconds I cut short the default 30 second timer when i reached 36g of espresso And an amazing crema with lovely taste so does this tell me I need to reset my sage timer to 26 seconds now? thanks

    I just picked up a Mazzer Super Jolly off Ebay for ยฃ230 in mint condition, but they are very easy to refurbish and parts are available quite easy, new burrs around ยฃ30 just be aware of its size :-)
