    Thanks for the reply aaronb I think it is vital to introduce to the farmer how to roast their coffee properly as well as brew them to show what makes good coffee. This doesn't mean they have to be equipped with probat or giesen. Some farmers don't even know that just by picking the red cherries...

    Bali coffee is one of the few coffee with almost 0 acidity. Saying that it really depends on the cherry, and fermentation. But I think in general volcanic grown coffee has this deep body and aroma. You should try Bali coffee or any other volcanic coffee.. It is just great
