  1. All Grinders & Hand-Grinders
Yes this should be relatively easy to do. I happen to have the same grinder and while I haven't modified it, I have modified another grinder I have by rewiring it to make it doserless with an external timer module. You have a few options: 1. Bypass the timer function by linking out the...

A La Cimbali that the specifications describe as having 64mm burrs but in reality requires 63.5mm

Hi, I'd be happy to split the difference at ยฃ27.50 posted, as I feel they're already a good price given they're a brand new set.

Brand new set of 64mm burrs. These are original Mazzer made burrs model 33M and very nicely made compared to other after market burrs I've seen. For Super Jolly or most other 64mm flat burr right hand grinders. I bought these as thought they would fit another grinder I have but turns out I...

Most suitable and good value enclosure I've used is a Hamond 1591 (black plastic). Have also used a tuppaware type enclose too as a stop gap. Easy to cut and you can velcro it to the side of the machine so it doesn't hinder the reservoir.

It's a Porlex I've been using, which I guess has the same or similar grinding mechanism as a Hario. I did initially bring in a nice electric burr grinder, but our officious office manager dispatched it within about two hours as it wasn't PAT tested?. I do always buy fresh beans fro the local...

Hi Mildred, I enjoy using the Flair though it is a bit of a faff having to get the brew chamber warmed up and gets somewhat messy loading up the grounds. We have an instant hot water tap for making tea/drinks, so use that for warming purposes. I dump the brew components into my milk jug and...

Did you prime the boiler first? If not, then when the machine is cold, try opening the steam valve then hit the brew switch until water comes out of the steam nozzle. Then you at least know the boiler is full. Then you can test full functionality. Other obvious question: Are you waiting for...

Hi Joey, Do you have any bases around 58.6mm (or close?) ...don't necessarily need a handle. If you do, I'm interested in one. Thanks.
  11. Eureka Grinders
The grinder is an Olympus K and the burrs are the conical variety. E13/68 code. If these do need replacing are there any good sources for new or any after market sets that anyone recommends?
  12. Eureka Grinders
I inspected the burrs on my grinder recently and noticed the edges on the burrs weren't as crisp as I was expecting. I purchased it used, so unsure of total previous usage. It's for home use now and I get through about 30kg beans per year. I've attached a picture, I took a couple of weeks...

There is not that much difference between the different versions. Fot the millenium, the original version had a single guage for the boiler; the next version had dual guage (boiler and brew pressure). The secomd version I believe went to a stainless boiler from copper. Not sure what...

Hi Scribblez, Don't know if you're still considering this machine. I went on this same route, from Gaggia Classic to Isomac Millenium. Both produce good shots but the Isomac is much more satisfying to use and steaming capability is far better on the E61 machine. If you're unsure of the...

Hi, Time to say hello, been lurking on this forum for a while. There's some great info on this site, but I've also found it pretty dangerous being introduced to new coffee accessories I never knew I needed. I Brew coffee on HX machine at home and Aeropress and Flair at work.
