    Thanks all. I replaced both thermostats and it seems to have fixed the issue. The looms are a little melted is some parts because the machine was overheating, is there a place where I can buy a new loom? The two connectors marked a a little melted.

    Hi All, I have a Gaggia Classic, it's about 10 years old. I've had one or two issues with it over the years, but it's mostly fine. Lately however I noticed it over boiling the water. It started when the I replaced the thermal fuse about a year ago, since then the thermal fuse has blown 3 times...

    Tripping is usually no earth connected. Did you reconneect the earth ti the underside of the top plate? There is also a second one on the thermal fuse.
