    Thanks all. I replaced both thermostats and it seems to have fixed the issue. The looms are a little melted is some parts because the machine was overheating, is there a place where I can buy a new loom? The two connectors marked a a little melted.

    Hi All, I have a Gaggia Classic, it's about 10 years old. I've had one or two issues with it over the years, but it's mostly fine. Lately however I noticed it over boiling the water. It started when the I replaced the thermal fuse about a year ago, since then the thermal fuse has blown 3 times...

    Tripping is usually no earth connected. Did you reconneect the earth ti the underside of the top plate? There is also a second one on the thermal fuse.

    So I had an issue with my pump. Bought a replacement. Fitted it according to vids online and it works well. However, now instead of the water flowing into the group head it just flows back into the water tank through the other tube! The steamer works perfectly, pump is humming but water...
