    Have a look at All about Tea based in Portsmouth where I buy all of my tea now. Tea Bags and loose but fantastic quality and mail order is usually next day. Can't recommend it highly enough. You can ring for advice too.

    I found this with my mignon- so I grind in to a small cup and spoon the coffee into the portafilter. Solves any clumping issues as well. I zero the scales with the cup on them first.

    On Saturday went to the Brazilian Cafe/Restaurant in Brixton Market for breakfast. The coffee was pretty good, but the Brazilian breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. Worth a visit.

    My recent experience was very poor. Puly caff container had been damaged in the post, and Happy Donkey failed to answer any of my emails about this. Very disappointed and will not use again.

    Thanks - I'm so grateful for the help. I've got Sunday set aside to explore the innards of the machine. I do have the first Classic that we bought, and think the solenoid in that might still work, so if it is a solenoid problem, and not a blockage, I might be able to do a transplant.
