    Thanks. made a brew this morning. Adjusted the Comandante grinder to 25 Used 444g of water Chemex filter 28g of coffee This combination yielded 378g of coffee. Not sure if this is in an acceptable yield The tasting was fine, a little on the light side, but still enjoyable.

    Thanks. Both my Moka pots are new, bought in the last two weeks. I always clean them after use, with water, no washing up liquid. I always give the brewed coffee a stir after the brew cycle has finished, will try and remove just as the spluttering begins. Thanks for the advice
