Keen to know what you thought. It's pretty much the machine I'm thinking of picking up. I was close to getting a Mini when i realised that the Micra was out, and offered 90% of the performance for ยฃ1500 less! and that performance only really relates to high levels of throughput, which I don't need.

Forgot to mention, I adapted an external water tank (about 12L) to accept the plumbed thread from the machine. That tank will be included in the sale

Happy to entertain offers on this for anyone interested. I'm aware some have sold for less, but none were original owner examples, with fully working PID's and such good working order.

So here we go again, it is time for this beastie to move on to its new home. All the details I can think of: -Bought in 2014 - i am the original owner -Descaled yearly, and serviced often, has recently had the lever mech and gaskets rebuilt -IMS competition shower screen and recent new...

My old thread was prior to the machine having a brand new PID fitted and as such was being sold in a state of needing attention. That has been resolved. My machine also comes with multiple portafilters, multiple baskets, and of course, is the rotary pump version, which, when new was a fairly...

I service it when it needs done. As itโ€™s from Scotland the water here isnโ€™t scale prone so that is a non issue. Itโ€™s had all components replaced in its lifetime that would be of any major concern. i am, however, not flexible on price. Itโ€™s a bargain as it is, and Iโ€™d rather keep it than stop...

Sureโ€ฆ. Here are the dimensions as it sits on my table. total height including feet and the edge of the cup area. 42.5cm total width 26.5cm (including steam / waterknobs) maximum depth to edge of drip tray 46.5cm if you leave the portafilter locked in, it overhangs by 9cm hope that makes...

So, given the the new house and the complexity of plumbing this bad boy, Iโ€™m thinking of moving on to a new machine. this was bought, brand new, by me, in 2014 from Machina Espresso in Edinburgh. This is the full dual boiler version with the rotary pump. That means no internal tank. This...

View Advert Gicar PID for expobar leva / office I have for sale a PID for expobar office leva machines. It came off my dual boiler (brewus IV). i replaced it as some segments are missing and it has become increasingly hard to tell what temp I'm at, but it is still possible with some...

I have for sale a PID for expobar office leva machines. It came off my dual boiler (brewus IV). i replaced it as some segments are missing and it has become increasingly hard to tell what temp I'm at, but it is still possible with some fiddling to work out where you are (I go up to 100 so it...

I have for sale a heavyweight (heft I think it was called) tamper from "made by knock". this was a custom engraved model sold by Machina espresso in Edinburgh and is the 58.35mm version for VST baskets. due to being in storage I replaced it with another recently and as such no longer need...

Hey sorry, wasn't ignoring on purpose just haven't been getting notifications for this thread. vesuvius too tweaky for me..... I'm looking for a high end solution that has focus on simplicity and zero messing around. Linea appeals to my notions of straight forward espresso.

The rotary version doesn't because the motor is huge, and combined with a pair of 1.5L boilers it has no internal space. it can run from an external reservoir if you can't plumb though. First year I had it, I was in rented flat and I was able to have a 5L water bottle under the table. It ran...

It's been of great service to me and I have no operational need to get rid of it beyond the fact that plumbing just isn't realistic for new home, and where it will sit I can't even run an external tank. im considering stepping up to a linea mini

PId is current Gicar type. Fairly sure there's no fridge components in there ;)
