    Opened these last week wasn't overly impressed but come back to them this morning and what a change. Lovely rich long black . Ticked all the boxes, nice thick crema and mouth feel ,can still taste fifteen minutes later. Glad I left them.

    Well I'm into my last bag and don't think I've pulled a bad shot. All were long blacks and a lovely gloopy richness. Scales have given up on me but reckon I'm doing 16g in an 18 basket and as for grind that's been great . I've come back to this a few times and easily dialled in.

    Opened yesterday and once I dialled in I pulled a lovely rich long black. I really enjoy a bean that's good from the start.

    When I hit these right they are lovely .only had long blacks. Strange thing I've noticed is easier to get a good shot when a new bag is opened than after they have been in storage jar for couple of days.

    Finding 16g in 27g out and made as long black that they are nice smooth and non fruity. So as with all rave offerings expect these to get better and better as the days go on

    I was told by an old Irish woman when I bought her car from her that it has to be made with Irish whiskey as Scottish whisky isn't coarse enough to cut through and produce a proper Irish coffee.

    I've stopped making long blacks with these and now only flat whites. With milk I get the chocolatey but not enjoying black.
