    Got it going by opening up the water container lid and running the machine. Opening the lid acted like a pressure relief for a potential air lock in the pump. Being a new machine it probably had an air lock. Will run it thought a few more times to check. Thank you!

    No, nothing from the wand in either mode. It runs for a minute then beeps 3 times and switches itself off

    The machine is brand new. I have no knowledge of this. How do I diagnose that?

    Yes gauge does not move. No flow of water with or without filter. The hot water spout also does nothing. It just makes a loud and vibrating noise
