Eureka GrindersI find that I get inconsistent shots when the hopper is less than half full, and that a 1-2 second purge is not enough. I am now purging for a count of 4. I don't love wasting the coffee, but then I paid a lot less for my Mignon than I would have for a Niche.

Gaggia ForumHi, I'm using a borrowed Gaggia Classic at the moment and not getting on that well with the steam wand. I took the plastic duberry off because its mission in life seemed to be to create lots of very dry foam at the top of the jug while leaving the rest exactly as it came out of the fridge...
