    Hi, You have a 3-way solenoid valve problem. Either: 1. The solenoid coil is open circuit (faulty) 2. The circuitry that controls the SC is faulty. 3. The piston inside the valve body is jammed with limescale. I'd put my money on option 3. Best wishes. Neville Bassett Repair Shop, Southampton.

    The input side comes from the bottom of the heater which is on the right. So the water travels from right to left. Therefore 1 should on the right side and 2 on the left side.

    Did you put the 3-valve in the right way? If you look at the white plastic moulding part of the valve, there will be a very feint 1 & 2. 1. is the input side, 2 is the output

    With the Sage Barista Express i'm refering to the solenoid valves when you look at the back with the cover off. So on the left side is the heater on the right side is the grinder.
