Just to loop back as I've finally bought a new one and thought someone may find the dimensions useful. As suggested above, I went for a FKM seal, with 14mm internal dimension x 2.5mm cross section. Lots on ebay if needed.

Hi, The washer on my non touch Oracle has split and needs replacing. I've looked online, but I can't find anything that looks similar to my washer (see https://photos.app.goo.gl/TCgNi3npND4j8q7k9). I've found https://www.sageappliances.com/uk/en/parts-accessories/parts/sp0001854.html, but...

Just an update on this. I've removed the hopper and pushed in the pin in to allow me to see what is happening when I try and grind. If I clear any excess beans out of the grinder and run it normally it starts up, but as soon as I add a few more beans it refuses to start. It feels a bit like...

Hi, For the past month I've been having an issue with my Oracle (non-touch) not always starting to grind the beans. The tamping fan sounds like it starts, but the grinder never kicks in (I'm assuming this is the case as normally the noise changes between when the beans are grinding and the...

Did anybody manage to find a source for the felt washer? It's still out of stock with sage. I've taken mine out for a clean but it's looking worse for wear and would be good to get a backup ready for the next clean.

Ah, I found another post from somebody suggesting a flat head screwdriver. I've managed to get it open with that method. It looks like it's a case of limescale causing some issues...

Hi, I came to fill my Oracle up with water this morning and it appears the front fill water flap will no longer pop open. Has anybody got any advice on how I might be able to open it? I've used a wooden skewer around the sides to try and clear any grinds that may be stuck, but no luck so far...

Hi, I'm due to receive my Niche Zero in September which I ordered when I thought I was going to be going down the non bean to cup route. A while after ordering I came across a Oracle touch deal which was too good to turn down so now I'm in the situation where I potentially have a redundant...

Ah, maybe I should have searched on here first. It looks like somebody has suggested altering the allen key in situ to help loosen things up...

Hi, I recently purchase a used Oracle (non-touch) and I'm trying to reduce the dose to around 20g as it currently sits around 22g. I've found a couple of videos online () and () which appear to show alternative ways of getting the tamp connector out, but neither appear to work on my model...
