    We had a little taste yesterday on the Strada here, 10 day off roast. 19.5g in for 30g in 28 seconds. Nice chocolates there and a little of the lychee sweetness we get brewing this coffee from a lighter roast. A little roasty and dusty still, I think a few more days rest and we'll try some...

    We don't currently have any Burundi in at Small Batch, Im waiting on it to arrive (coffee is often late from this tiny landlocked country) but I'll certainly let you know when we do :-)

    I like Burundis for both purposes. Their signature taste to me is a really winey, syrupy body that is great as espresso but can be really nice on pourover as well. Definitely wanna be lighter roasted though as theres tons of juicy acidity you dont want to lose.
