    Thank you all for your help, greatly appreciated. Well I'm up and running, finally I replaced the defective security pressure valve (thanks Bella Barista for all parts) with a sexy Rocket valve (only valve available at BB) that has overflow outlet on top so I could get rid off the burned out...
