Home RoastersI've just done the dimmer mod for my gene and all appears to work well on a dry run. I'd appreciate any tips you mod users have on using the dimmer during the roast. Any profiles for different bean types, drying phases, slowing the heating ramp etc etc? Do you aim for a certain power (watts)...
