Coffee Business Owner Support ForumI'm trying to figure out if my loyalty scheme is actually driving people back to my shop. Granted all I have in an honesty book and i try to keep track of how often I see people. But i don't really know if they are coming back for the free coffee. Is 10 coffees too many, should I reduce it? Alex
