    I believe it’s still in warranty, was hoping to not have to send it back and be without coffee for longer than neccissary but I suppose that it may need to come to that! Thought I would just look around to see if there’s anything I can’t try before sending it off! :)

    Thanks for the reply! Yeah display is working and you are deffinatly right that finding the culprit is the main issue here! I’m thinking I’ll try go even coarser like you suggest without the hopper but sadly I think it may be a motor issue.
