Home RoastersI'm aware that beans take a number of days to degas before brewing but would that be the same for grinding as well or will the coffee continue to degas? Reason I'm asking is my daughter is visiting and I wanted to give her some some coffee to take with her, she doesn't have her own grinder...

Mazzer GrindersI don't use a weight, just a 58mm blank/backflush plate to stop the beans popcorning out.
